Snow Arrives at Bryce Resort in time for Opening on December 16, 2011

Basye, VA, December 9, 2011 -- Bryce Resort's preparations for this year's ski season have started with already over 18 inches of snow on the slopes. Skiers, snowboarders and tubers pull out your skis, boards and boots and get ready for yet another year of unmatched sliding on the slopes of Bryce when the resort opens on December 16.

Bryce's unparalleled snowmaking capability has been supplementing Mother Nature's efforts for more than 47 years; each season creating the best winter experience for its customers. This year will be no different as Bryce has added a new state of the art Snow Cat to ensure that the snow on the slopes is groomed to perfection.
